Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
Imnetworker is the professional home of network marketers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Imnetworker (“we”, “us”) operates www.imnetworker.com, a global professional platform for network marketers. This policy applies to that website and its services. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address, name, and chosen handle when you register (including via Google sign-in).
Profile data you provide: photo, headline, bio, country/region/city, languages, open-to-opportunity status, and any company affiliations, recognitions, or certifications shown on your profile.
Activity data: connections, messages, shared links, classifieds, news and press-release submissions, session registrations and questions, and course progress.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps) collected by our hosting providers to operate and secure the service.
Your public profile, and content you publish (classifieds, approved news/press releases, session questions), are visible to anyone on the internet by design — that is the point of a professional profile. Your email, messages, and connection list are private.
How we use your data
To create and operate your account and profile; to power discovery, connections, messaging, recognition, and the other features you use; to moderate content and keep the platform safe; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in the United States). Vercel / Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery. Google — “Sign in with Google” (if you use it), and the Gemini AI service, which processes the text of a news/press-release draft only when you choose to use the optional “Optimize with AI” feature.
Cookies and local storage
We use only strictly-necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit most profile data any time in your settings. To delete your account or make any other request, contact us (below) and we will action it.
Children
Imnetworker is a professional platform intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions or requests? Reach us on Telegram at @imn_chat.
