Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person, one account; your handle and profile must represent you truthfully.

You agree not to use Imnetworker to:

• make income, earnings, or results claims, or run get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes;
• post scams, deceptive offers, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages;
• harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or infringe others’ rights;
• post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• scrape, disrupt, or attempt to breach the platform’s security.

The private inbox is sacred — no paid blasts, ever. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your public profile or an approved news item). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to post it.

Some content (classifieds, news, and press releases) is reviewed before it goes live, and any content may be removed if it breaks these terms. Review is not an endorsement, and we are not obligated to publish any submission.

Our company directory is a neutral, factual reference. It is not a review, rating, ranking, or endorsement of any company, and listing a company does not imply any relationship with it. Regulatory notes, where shown, link to their official sources.

Some services, such as press-release distribution, are paid. During this phase, payment is arranged directly with our team (via Telegram); a paid submission is still subject to review before publication. Fees are communicated before you pay.

Imnetworker is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for content posted by users or for the accuracy of company information, and we do not vouch for any company, opportunity, or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
